Light and Interactivity week 1 : Interruptible Fade LED

The first assignment for the class is to learn and explore about how to dim/fade the LED.

So, I started by taking a look at the sample codes that Tom gave us for the LED fade but didnt quite understand the math behind the code enough to control the sine wave of the fade so I started to ask around.

I talked a few people and finally Danqi mentioned that she found the sine wave explanation online and I will also put it to remind myself here :

This photo was taken around 3 pm in the winter at Phillip Exeter Library by Loius Kahn at Phillips Exeter Academy school. The reading space facing south provided proper daylight all day without any sun glare
which is perfect for reading. The light hanging over the seat provide the perfect warm light painted on the wooden window frame which also created a nice contrasted to the winter snow view perfectly crated the the warm contrast frame
